New Inkscape Tutorial

I spent the weekend finalizing my tutorial which was in the pipeline for quite a while, today I decided to finally get it over with! So here it is, my Inkscape tutorial to create swirls, a silhouette and angel wings. The link for the tutorial is here.

Surprise Surprise!

Today was another surprise filled day! I finally got contacted by my client and I he has provided me with all the details necessary for his work and I am currently setting up his site at the moment. I also made some more artwork in Inkscape today and I would really like to share it with you! =)
This was an orange I made by looking at one of my client's websites which had icons of a similar nature. Took me about half an hour to complete, looks cute hehe! Another thing I did was to make a bunch of lips just to cheer up a friend of mine (I know it looks gay and all but it did cheer her up in the end so no hate comments please!!) =P

Ah, a pleasant day I suppose!

I spent the whole day fixing the test Joomla website for my client and finally its done!! I also did a video tutorial in order to explain to him how the whole thing works out. It was really tiring!!! On the brighter side of things, my Inkscape tutorial got featured on the Inkscape Tutorials Blog!

Thanks a million Ryan Lerch

Inkscape Tutorial

I absolutely love the Inkscape opensource software, it offers ease of use and a lot of flexibility, and best of all its totally free. I decided to make a little tutorial for it on my website. I must admit, I am a big fan of the Warhammer 40K universe, and I really got to know about it after I played Relic's excellent videogame, Dawn of War...in the morning I was actually still playing its latest standalone expansion called Soulstorm, and it too looks very promising with the added ability of flying units. Alright, I should cut the crap and get back to the topic. Here's the link...

Create a slick Warhammer 40K Wallpaper in Inkscape

P.S. I am working on a new Inkscape tutorial these days which I'll upload on my website in a few days and link it here! Stay tuned!
